Ingredients: Brown Rice Sushi
Cooked brown rice
1 tsp apple cider
1 tsp honey
Carrots
Asparagus
Baby corn
Boiled chicken breast or canned tuna
Nori sheets for wrapping
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp water
Wasabi

How to make brown rice sushi?
1. Heat brown rice until hot.
2. Mix apple cider with honey. Stir until dissolved. Pour into brown rice. Mix well. Set aside.
3. Boil carrots, asparagus, and baby corn until cooked (or boil in the microwave). Set aside.
4. Place seaweed on a Japanese mat. Scoop brown rice onto the seaweed, spread thinly. Top with various boiled vegetables and boiled chicken breast. Then roll into a stick, cut into pieces. Serve with soy sauce by mixing soy sauce with water and wasabi to taste.
Repeat with the remaining nori, rice, pepper, avocado and mango. Serve the rolls with any remaining sauce.
